Job summary

ArcBest is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Robotics Safety and Compliance to drive the end-to-end lifecycle across the Vaux Smart Autonomy portfolio, translating customer insights into requirements and roadmap decisions.

You will lead safety architectures, standards certifications, and cross-functional planning with robotics engineering, commercialization, and deployment teams to enable safe, scalable autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in robotics or related technical field (required).
• Master's Degree preferred ( Robotics, AI, Engineering or related).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from market discovery through backlog prioritization and release.
• Lead safety and compliance strategy across multi-category standards and certifications.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Robotics, Electrical/Mechanical/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science

Master's Degree (or MBA) in Robotics, AI, Engineering, or related field
