Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Systems Integration & Test Engineer (Level 3 or 4) to work on RF radar systems, performing hands-on hardware integration and software testing in a lab environment. You will develop test tools in MATLAB and Python, run SCT/FQT activities, configure lab benches, and document results with clear pass/fail criteria.

This onsite role requires US citizenship and a current Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred with relevant experience.
• Ph.D. may substitute for experience as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on integration, troubleshooting, and testing of RF sensor systems in development and production environments.
• Configure and operate RF lab test equipment to execute acceptance, sell-off, and regression tests.
• Develop software test tools and scripts to support I&T activities and automate test workflows.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to verify system performance and generate test reports.
