Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD is seeking Systems Integration & Test Engineers (Level 3 or 4) to perform hands-on integration and test of advanced RF radar systems, spanning hardware and software.

You will develop test tools (MATLAB, Python, ASE, MATE), configure labs, and coordinate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to verify end-to-end performance and support flight test activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF sensor hardware integration and lab testing.
• Ability to develop and run automated tests using MATLAB, Python, or similar tools.
• Strong collaboration with hardware, firmware, and software teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on integration, troubleshooting, and testing of RF sensor systems.
• Configure and operate RF lab test equipment to execute acceptance and regression tests.
• Review interconnect diagrams and hardware configurations for bench setups.
• Conduct system bench integration and prepare comprehensive test reports.
• Develop and maintain software test tools and ASE/MATE scripts.
• Support flight test integration activities and lab readiness.
