Job summary
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD is seeking an SI&T Engineer (Level 3/4) to lead integration and testing of RF sensor systems. You will work with software, firmware, and hardware teams, develop test plans, and perform hands-on testing in lab environments.
Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree in STEM, DoD Secret clearance, and strong experience with RF lab equipment and MATLAB-driven analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM required with relevant experience.
- Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP prior to start.
- Candidate must be a US citizen.
- Experience with RF lab test equipment (signal generator, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer).
- Experience troubleshooting HW/SW/FW integration problems.
- Experience MATLAB for data analysis and signal processing.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary teams and system bench testing.
- Willingness to work 3rd shift and onsite in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
- Integrate, troubleshoot, and test RF sensor systems.
- Support lab environment development and testing capabilities.
- Collaborate with software, firmware, and hardware teams to define test cases.
- Develop and maintain system integration and test plans.
- Review test requirements and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Use modeling/simulation to accelerate testing and troubleshooting.
