Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field; with option of Master’s and 3+ years.92
• Experience with hardware calibration and testing methodologies.
• Experience with RF test instruments and measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support NRE test station development for EOIR products.
• Identify manufacturability improvements to reduce costs and complexity.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to test EOIR products and fix nonconformances.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce cost, cycle time and defects.
• Lead day-to-day test engineering efforts and communicate plans to management.
