Job summary

The role focuses on RF/microwave circuit and antenna design across L, C, X, Ku and Ka bands, with responsibility for verification, reviews, and production oversight. A BS in EE or MS with equivalent experience is required, plus multi-year RF/Microwave production and design experience. Security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or MS with equivalent experience
• Experience in RF/Microwave hardware production and testing
• Experience designing RF/Microwave circuits at board/module level with schematic capture

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of RF/microwave product development, including design, derating, and WCA
• Prepare data and concepts for IDR/PDR/CDR reviews
• Design, model, and test RF circuits and antennas across L–Ka bands
• Oversee antenna systems, phased arrays, feeds, and waveguide networks
• Support design reviews, verification testing, and production oversight
