Qualifications

• Experience in permit compliance and coordination with adjacent projects.
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Managing the construction management team and record keeping.
• Monitoring contractor performance and quality control.
• Reviewing and approving daily inspection reports.

Skills

15+ years’ experience in highway, bridge, rail, or other transportation related construction management.

Ability to manage construction contractors and manage project schedules and budgets.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Working knowledge of Project management software systems.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Engineering – preferably Civil engineering.

Connecticut Professional Engineer License or ability to obtain quickly.
