Qualifications

• Ten years of progressively responsible experience in civil, highway/bridge, facilities, and/or railroad construction.
• Demonstrated experience leading CE&I teams and managing construction contracts.
• Prior supervisory experience overseeing inspection and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities on CTDOT highway, bridge, facility, and/or railroad projects.
• Monitor contractor performance, CPM schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety plans, environmental permits, and regulations.
