Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience with 3+ years on projects $15M or greater.
Licensed professional engineer or NICET 4 Highway Construction certified.
Combination of NJSAT, ACI, ACI CCTC and Rutgers TCC certifications.
Responsibilities
Manage a 5+ CM/CI staff.
Act as the main point of contact during construction.
Implement the Project Work Plan, Health & Safety Plan, and Quality Control Plan.
Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
