My client is a boutique recruitment firm that partners exclusively with early-stage, venture-backed startups (Seed to Series B) to deliver high-impact executive search solutions. From stealth mode to breakout growth, we help founders build leadership teams that define company trajectories.

We're looking for a remote Executive Search Recruiter who brings 4+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong preference for those who have worked on retained or executive-level searches in tech.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and lead retained executive searches across product, engineering, and people functions
• Partner closely with startup founders, investors, and operating leaders to shape hiring strategy
• Run full-cycle search processes — from sourcing to close — with an emphasis on quality and speed
• Provide a white-glove experience to clients and candidates alike
• Leverage data and storytelling to advise on market insights and hiring best practices

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a blend of agency and in-house or startup search
• A track record of successful placements at the director, VP, or C-level
• Excellent sourcing, client management, and closing skills
• High emotional intelligence, strong communication, and a bias for action
• A deep understanding of early-stage tech culture and what it takes to build elite teams
