Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management or related fields.
• Experience working with software engineering, product, data, or AI teams to deliver technical products or enablement solutions.
• Hands-on experience creating functional prototypes, tools, or self-service solutions using AI-assisted development environments, APIs, or low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the R&D learning-products and enablement strategy, roadmap, service model, and success measures.
• Build relationships across R&D and conduct discovery to identify key capability and knowledge needs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into scalable learning products and enablement tools.
