• Direct the design, fabrication, testing, and production of pulsed power components and systems.
• Anticipate problems and provide concrete recommendations.
• Review and improve drawings prepared by technical support staff.
• Assist in training other engineers across levels.
• Lead testing and evaluation of new designs and materials.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
