The Regional Vice President, Sales - Uniti Fiber Enterprise is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and performance expectations for an assigned region. This leader provides second-line sales leadership by leading and developing Sales Directors, building a high-performing leadership culture, and ensuring consistent execution across all sales channels, including Mid-Market, Strategic Sales, and Base Management.
The RVP owns regional bookings performance and goal attainment and is accountable for productivity, seller participation, leadership effectiveness, talent decisions, forecast quality, and overall execution of sales disciplines across the region. This role ensures Directors are effectively coaching and developing their teams, driving hiring and exiting decisions as needed, and maintaining strong accountability to pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and KPI achievement.
The Regional Vice President also ensures regional alignment to operational business partners and go-to-market priorities, partners cross-functionally to secure the right resources for each sales channel, and engages directly with strategic accounts for executive alignment.
