You will develop scope, schedules, budgets, and risk plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and oversee design reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure on‑time, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, or higher degrees with fewer years.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for motion‑controls hardware.
• Plan and manage schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Track milestones, costs, and risks; drive resolution.
• Manage scope changes through formal change control.
• Identify and mitigate risks; maintain risk register.
• Communicate status to stakeholders via reports and reviews.
• Ensure design reviews and testing meet quality standards.
• Coordinate documentation and release of design results.
