Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a proactive Communications Project Manager to lead end-to-end strategic initiatives within our Aeronautics Systems communications team.

You will plan, execute, and measure cross-functional programs aligned to business priorities. You will interact with executive leaders and staff, translating complex concepts into clear messaging while coordinating with content and creative teams to deliver compelling materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
  • Experience in leading large project management initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Excel and SharePoint.
  • MS Office suite proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic communications projects.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
