Job summary

Raymond West seeks a Principal Project Engineer to lead complex integrated solution proposals as a subject matter expert from award through execution and after installation management.

The role focuses on planning, scheduling, testing, and coordinating with contractors and owners to ensure project success. Strong engineering background in MHE systems and hands‑on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four‑year College or technical school.
• Engineering background with over 5 years’ experience in application, design, and installation of integrated MHE systems.
• Structural systems experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute complex material handling systems.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Construction Managers, or owners.
• Define and implement project workflows, jobs and reporting relationships.
• Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project and track milestones.
