Experience with design, engineering, procurement, and construction processes in multi-discipline projects is required. This role requires leadership, communication, and the ability to interpret plans and specifications while managing cost, schedule, and quality on heavy industrial or power projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in construction management or related field required.
• Experience with large complex multi-discipline projects.
• Power generation experience preferred with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and perform quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership and oversight on projects.
• Monitor contract performance against scope, cost, and schedule.
• Maintain project schedules and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders on quality.
• Prepare and issue reports, change orders, and invoices.
• Ensure safety and compliance with project requirements.
