Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Project Engineer to lead the design and integration for advanced nuclear generation technologies. You will oversee cross-disciplinary design from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Senior: Minimum 6 years of experience in power generation engineering including nuclear plants, steam turbine, HRSG systems, etc.
• Principal: 3–5 years in lead role and 10+ years in power generation including nuclear plants, steam turbine, HRSG systems, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering efforts for nuclear projects from conceptual design through issued-for-construction deliverables.
• Oversee design deliverables including system design documents, P&IDs, plant layouts, equipment specs, and interfaces.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, environmental, electrical, structural, nuclear, and I&C teams to ensure seamless integration; manage vendor relationships.
• Define engineering scope, work breakdown structures, schedules, and risk; support project controls and budgeting; coordinate design/construction interfaces.
• Provide technical mentorship focusing on quality, development, and knowledge transfer.
