KBR ISA (Integrated Solutions Americas) is seeking a Principal Project Controls Manager to provide enterprise-level leadership for cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance management on major capital projects, from FEL/FEED through construction and closeout.

The role establishes a single, reconciled source of truth on project performance and advises senior leadership on forecasts and commercial positioning.

Qualifikationen

• Own the project budget architecture: CBS, control accounts, contingency and management reserve structures, and the mapping between CBS, WBS, and the general ledger.
• Produce monthly cost reports covering commitments, accruals, actuals, value of work done, and variance against budget by control account.
• Deliver the Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Cost to Complete with a documented, challengeable basis - trend-based, not arithmetic.

Aufgaben

• Own the project budget architecture and cost control baseline across the program.
• Set planning standards and ensure schedule integrity and proper integration of cost and schedule.
• Manage end-to-end change control with governance and documentation of cost/schedule/risk impact.
• Maintain the project risk register; perform quantitative risk analysis to size contingency.
• Define the project reporting calendar, KPI set, and dashboard suite for governance bodies.
