You will develop project plans, drive agile delivery, and collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in technical program management.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven track record managing resources, contracts, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down objectives into manageable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including requirements, resources and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Consolidate inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates, validating outputs and handling data per sensitivity requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Use advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance and drive data-driven optimizations.
• Promote agile delivery practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
• Develop communication strategies to ensure critical information flows across the organization.
• Support delivery governance, roadmap planning, and strategic technology investments.
