• SAFe Agilist certification is preferred.
• SAFe Lean Portfolio Management expertise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate IT projects to align with business goals and tech strategy.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for IT programs with goals, timelines, and metrics.
• Manage program and project budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Identify risks and develop comprehensive mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams across departments to achieve objectives.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, changes, and issues.
• Track milestones and assess performance to deliver expected outcomes.
• Ensure teams have necessary resources for timely execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance for compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT program delivery.
