Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and readiness of strategic AI infrastructure and GPU delivery initiatives. This role drives cross-functional alignment and executive decision-making across multiple programs.

The ideal candidate will translate complex requirements into integrated plans, establish governance, monitor deployment health, and lead initiatives with minimal direct authority in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program/product/technical project management leading large cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing complex technical programs including infrastructure, cloud services, networking, or enterprise software.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of AI infrastructure and GPU delivery programs from strategy to handoff.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage a broad portfolio of cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans with milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Cloud Platform, Networking, SRE, Data Center Ops, and executives.
• Establish governance, readiness reviews, and executive business reviews.
