Endor Labs is seeking a founding Principal Product Security Engineer to define and execute the security strategy for our platform. You will work with the Head of Security & IT to orchestrate supply chain security, code scanning, runtime monitoring, and AI agent hardening.

You will influence product roadmaps, review designs, and mentor teams to embed security by design across engineering and product. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application or product security, including staff- or principal-level leadership.
• Track record of building security tooling and automation at scale across an engineering org.
• Influencing a product/platform roadmap and adoption of security work.

Responsibilities

• Set security strategy for Endor Labs platform and execute it.
• Lead security efforts across supply chain security, code scanning, runtime monitoring, AI agent hardening, threat modeling and design reviews.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to shape roadmaps and provide design feedback.
• Drive remediation and root-cause analysis, not just reporting.
