Job summary

Endor Labs in the United States is hiring a founding Principal Product Security Engineer to define and drive the security strategy for our AI-powered development platform. You will work closely with the Head of Security & IT to embed secure design and robust threat modeling across our code, containers, and infrastructure.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, building scalable tooling, and partnering with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application or product security with leadership at staff or principal level.
• Proven track record building scalable security tooling and automation across engineering teams.
• Experience applying LLMs and agents to security problems with defendable outcomes.
• Ability to influence roadmaps and stakeholders without formal authority.
• Deep threat modeling and secure architecture skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute security strategy for the Endor Labs platform with Head of Security & IT.
• Lead supply chain security, first-party code scanning, and runtime monitoring initiatives.
• Model threats and review designs to improve AI security tooling.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and feedback.
• Drive remediation and prioritization at scale, across the organization.
