Job summary

Endor Labs seeks a founding Principal Product Security Engineer to set and execute the security strategy for the Endor Labs platform, covering supply chain security, first-party code scanning, runtime monitoring, AI agent hardening, threat modeling, and design reviews. You will deploy agents to improve quality and scale security across the product.

You will work with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap, review designs, and provide feedback on implementation, ensuring secure code

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application or product security, including staff- or principal-level leadership.
• Track record of building security tooling and automation that scales across an engineering org.
• Experience influencing product or platform roadmaps and getting security work adopted.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute security strategy for the Endor Labs platform in collaboration with Head of Security & IT.
• Lead security initiatives across supply chain security, code scanning, runtime monitoring, and AI agent hardening.
• Interact with senior engineers, product, and customers to shape roadmaps and review designs.
