Elastic is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own how Elastic Security is packaged, priced, and sold on Elastic Cloud Serverless. You will define tiers, meters, margins, and how customers pay on a consumption model, collaborating across Product, Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing.

Qualifications

• Led pricing and packaging for SaaS/cloud products end to end with margin modeling and executive buy-in.
• Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing and simplifying complex models.
• Pricing work in security/cloud data products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Redesign security packaging and pricing on Serverless, define tiers, meters, add-ons.
• Model cost and pricing requirements with Platform and Finance before feature ships.
• Grow security on Serverless from PoC to renewal with migrations and retention.
