VF Corporation is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Financial Planning (SAP Analytics Cloud). You will define the strategic roadmap, oversee migration from legacy systems, and partner with global finance leaders to deliver a scalable planning ecosystem for budgeting, forecasting, workforce and performance management.
With 8+ years in FP&A tech, you will influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive adoption across VF's global finance organization.
Competenze
- 8+ years of FP&A tech, EPM product management, or planning transformation.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle EPM or similar.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Experience leading workstreams in large-scale global finance transformations.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption across global teams.
- Owns a defined finance product domain with enterprise accountability.
- Leads cross-functional global teams without direct authority.

- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Financial Planning domain.
- Lead strategy, implementation, and evolution of VF’s planning platform.
- Oversee migration from legacy to SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
- Partner with FP&A, Corporate Finance, HR Finance, and leaders to align investments.
- Drive adoption, change management, and value realization across finance.
- Deliver self-service analytics and executive dashboards.
