Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Principal, Product Manager to own strategy and execution for global financial planning and forecasting products. You will lead a cross-functional team across business, engineering, data, and UX to deliver AI-enabled capabilities that improve planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

The role requires experience with enterprise-scale products, strong product judgment, and the ability to drive measurable transformation across the FP&A domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
• Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for global planning and forecasting products.
• Maintain and enhance the current finance product while partnering with business and engineering to resolve issues and protect critical operations.
• Lead the product evolution by defining the phased approach, requirements, and delivery plan.
• Use customer insight, product data, and experimentation to deliver scalable solutions that improve daily finance and planning work.
• Partner with engineering, data, UX, and domain experts to deliver reliable, AI-enabled capabilities.
• Influence senior stakeholders, mentor product managers, and strengthen product-management practices.
