Job summary

Pearson is seeking a senior product manager to lead content standards and production workflows. You will sit with content business units, model a taxonomy and metadata, and guide AI-enabled content workflows to lift quality.

You will own end-to-end delivery, coach PMs, and partner with editors, engineers, and educators to raise measurability and impact. This role is remote within the US.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in product management in content domains.
• Hands-on ownership of content standards work.
• Experience with authoring, production, and delivery platforms.
• Built and shipped substantive content systems with AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded content standards implementation in business units.
• Redesign production workflows to reduce handoffs and rework.
• Collaborate with content leaders on strategy, planning, and craft.
• Guide teams to plan artifacts from MRDs to PRDs and specs.
• Design and deliver training anchored in real content problems.
• Contribute to content career architecture and community practice.
• Build AI fluency across content talent and measure impact.
• Identify tasks for automation and prove value at scale.
• Bring evaluation, telemetry, and human‑in‑the‑loop design to AI content generation.
