Ladders is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Private Credit Valuations to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape the long-term vision and growth strategy for a private credit valuations product within a B2B fintech environment.

You will guide initiatives from concept through delivery, ensure roadmaps align with customer needs and market trends, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive adoption and value, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B FinTech product management.
• Deep understanding of private capital market landscape and valuations workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (Aha, Pendo).
• Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred, CFA or CAIA favored.
