Job summary

At Atlassian, we are transforming monetization with a principal product manager role focused on usage-based pricing, entitlements, and governance. You will shape a core monetization pillar, leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Legal at scale.

You will own strategy-to-launch roadmaps, balance revenue with customer trust, and drive executive-level decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with monetization, pricing, and billing at scale.
• Proven ability to ship in ambiguity from strategy to launch.
• Commercial fluency in pricing, LRP/revenue impact, and unit economics.
• Executive influence with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Data-driven judgment focused on customer trust and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a major UBP domain.
• Define the customer experience for usage, governance, and billing.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Eng, Design, GTM, Finance, Legal.
• Make principled trade-offs grounded in data and benchmarks.
• Instrument metrics like adoption, headroom, overage, trust signals.
• Influence monetization decisions at executive forums (CPO/CFO/CMO).
• Set the product bar and mentor other PMs.
