Job summary

LifeStation is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the digital experiences used by our members and caregivers, focusing on mobile apps and web applications. You will set product direction, lead discovery, and translate needs into clear priorities while partnering with design, engineering, operations, marketing, and customer service.

You will report to the Vice President of Product and Technology in a hybrid role based in Union, New Jersey, with in-office presence required at least three

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on product management experience, including a track record of launching mobile products or major features and improving adoption, engagement, or retention after launch.
• Strong product judgment balancing customer value, business priorities, and technical constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to turn ambiguity into decisions and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for member and caregiver mobile and web experiences.
• Lead discovery, translate needs into priorities, develop requirements, and partner with design, software, operations, marketing, customer service, and external partners.
• Define outcomes and success metrics across activation, onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA on testing, release readiness, and app launches on App Store and Google Play.
• Use analytics and qualitative research to evaluate performance and guide improvements.
