What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gather insights and inform product decisions
- Drive product development efforts, including defining requirements, managing backlog, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases
- Continuously monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate on features to optimize user experience and business outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience equivalent required
- 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly in MarTech, AdTech, CRM, or Customer Engagement Platforms
- Experience in building and improving industry-leading Marketing Technology Platforms and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- At least 5 years of experience writing requirements and collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and APIs
- Knowledge of integrating audience data with downstream activation systems (Email, SMS, Push, Digital)
- Demonstrated ability to take a product from concept to launch in an agile environment
- High sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in the insurance industry
