Job summary

ProdataKey is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of the cloud‑based access control software platform and mobile apps. You will own the roadmap, partner with engineering, UX, and security to deliver end‑to‑end experiences for customers and installers.

You will balance long‑term vision with day‑to‑day execution, lead cross‑functional teams, and leverage market insights to prioritize features and outcomes that maximize value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or Marketing).
• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or security industry (access control, alarms, video).
• Proven track record delivering products with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics and business metrics.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, RBAC, SSO/OAuth, and SaaS privacy frameworks.
• Experience with agile methodologies and defining prioritized stories for product teams.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap and strategy: develop a clear product strategy and maintain a market-driven roadmap.
• Product management: set OKRs, use analytics to measure adoption and engagement, drive development from concept to delivery.
• Product marketing: plan launches, coordinate GTM efforts, define pricing and positioning.
• Process development: publish requirements centrally, analyze feedback and adoption data to drive improvement.
