Job summary

Vans, a VF brand, seeks a Principal Product Manager, Group Reporting to define and deliver VF's enterprise financial consolidation and external reporting via SAP Group Reporting. You will lead the transition from legacy processes, establish a centralized reporting model, and provide a single source of truth for global reporting and compliance.

You will own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, working with cross-functional teams across Corporate Accounting, SEC Reporting, Finance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise consolidation and financial reporting solutions.
• Expertise in SAP Group Reporting, BPC Consolidation, or similar EPM platforms.
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting, consolidation, and financial close processes.
• Experience supporting publicly traded company reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated success leading workstreams or product delivery efforts within global technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP Group Reporting.
• Lead implementation of: Group Consolidation, Legal Entity Reporting, Intercompany Eliminations, Consolidated Financial Statements, Management Reporting, Regulatory and Statutory Reporting.
• Support replacement of legacy BPC consolidation capabilities.
• Drive parallel-run validation and readiness activities before production deployment.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting, SEC Reporting, Finance Operations, Internal Audit, and regional Controllers.
• Facilitate global design workshops and alignment across regions and brands.
• Ensure reporting requirements are standardized globally.
• Manage vendor, implementation partner, and internal delivery teams.
• Drive testing, change management, training, and organizational readiness.
• Measure business outcomes and continuously improve reporting processes.
