Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Financial Planning (SAP Analytics Cloud) to lead the strategy, implementation, and evolution of VF's global planning platform.

This role oversees the transition from BPC planning to SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC-P) and future planning technology, delivering a modern, integrated planning ecosystem for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning and performance management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A technology, EPM product management, or financial planning transformation.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle EPM, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and performance management processes.
• Experience supporting or leading workstreams within large-scale global finance transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior business stakeholders and drive adoption of new planning capabilities across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Financial Planning domain in alignment with the Finance Technology strategy.
• Lead migration from legacy BPC planning to SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC-P) or future planning tech.
• Deliver and optimize planning capabilities: Strategic Planning, Annual Operating Planning, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, Scenario Modeling.
• Partner with FP&A, Corporate Finance, Regional Finance, HR Finance, and Business Unit leaders; facilitate roadmap prioritization and recommendations.
• Drive adoption, training, and change management across finance organizations.
