Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a Senior Analyst, Global Assurance to lead audit and advisory projects across the AMER region, reporting to the Senior Manager, AMER. You will own audit activities, guide workstreams, and deliver concise, evidence-based workpapers and recommendations.

This role emphasizes risk awareness, data-driven insights, and collaboration across brands and regions, including the US, Mexico, Canada and Latin America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, supply chain, accounting, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in assurance, audit, or risk.
• Strong technology skills including Excel; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive audits and advisory projects contributing to strengthened processes and controls.
• Own audit activities, guide workstreams, review outputs, and manage projects end-to-end.
• Deliver clear, well-supported workpapers capturing risk-based work and provide practical recommendations.
• Communicate observations and recommendations clearly through reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Build relationships and understand the business across brands, regions, and functions; support US, Mexico, Canada, and Latin America projects.

You will play a meaningful role as a change catalyst in delivering the AMER audit service plan while gaining broad exposure to the business, its operations, and the leaders who shape it.Here is what that looks like in action.Drive audits and advisory projects that contribute to strengthening VF and provide confidence in VF’s processes and controls cover relevant risks.Own audit and review activities, guide workstreams, review team output, and help move projects efficiently from project selection to planning to fieldwork through report issuance.Deliver clear and well-supported workpapers that concisely capture the risk-based work performed by the team.Communicate clear, fact-based observations and practical recommendations through reports and presentations so stakeholders can quickly understand the key points and take action with confidence.Build strong relationships and deeply understand the business and operations across brands, regions and functions.
