We're looking for a Principal Product Manager - Tech who is passionate about designing best-in-class consumer app experiences within Prime Video. In this role, you'll own and shape the strategic direction for how millions of customers discover, engage with, and fall in love with content through delightful in-app experiences that drive deeper engagement and retention.
You'll obsess over key output metrics — hours of engagement and frequency of return visits — while feeling empowered to explore what resonates with customers across diverse viewing situations. You'll develop a deep understanding of customer sentiment and behavior, then translate those insights into experiences that surprise and delight. You'll be highly informed by data but apply high judgment to create a balanced perspective — looking beyond what's available in the data today to anticipate unmet needs and unlock new value for customers.
The Prime Video Global App Experience team is responsible for defining and building the Prime Video experience on a range of devices on web, mobile, living room, and next-gen platforms.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
