Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech for Prime Video to own the off-app customer experience and shape how millions of customers discover, engage, and return through outbound channels and AI surfaces.

You will lead strategy, partner with engineering and marketing, and design premium, data-driven communication programs across email, push, WhatsApp, and emerging surfaces, while driving experimentation and optimization to improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• 5+ years in technical product or program management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience influencing engineering decisions and strategy.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Able to advocate for diverse customers in exec prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Vision & Strategy: Drive long-term vision for off-app experience across channels and AI.
• Customer Understanding: Analyze lifecycle patterns and channel preferences for outreach.
• Leadership & Influence: Mentor PMs and influence cross-org priorities.
• Experience Design: Create premium, contextual communications across email, push, WhatsApp, and AI surfaces.
• Innovation: Pioneer engagement across AI platforms and conversational interfaces.
• Marketing Automation: Build systems to enable marketers to design and test journeys.
• Metrics & Experimentation: Define success metrics and run experiments across channels.
• Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data, marketing, UX, BI to launch features.
