Job summary

SimplePractice, LLC is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Data & AI to own the core data platforms, unifying customer profiles and enabling trusted data products across product, marketing, CX, and GTM. You’ll drive coordination with Data Engineering to build a scalable foundation using Snowflake and related tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management or closely related experience in data, analytics, platform, or infrastructure products.
• Strong understanding of modern data systems including CDPs, event instrumentation, experimentation engines, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and governance.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Segment, HubSpot, Mixpanel or comparable tools.
• Hands-on experience scaling experimentation and activation in a B2C or PLG environment within a modern MarTech stack.
• Ability to translate technical architecture and tradeoffs for business, operational, and executive audiences.
• Experience operating in privacy, security, and data compliance environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the CDP and enterprise data platform.
• Partner with Data Engineering to define roadmap for Snowflake and enterprise data platform as foundation for reporting and analytics.
• Translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities with clear priorities.
• Operationalize metric governance and certify Data-CoE standards with Analytics leaders.
• Onboard users to core data platforms and enable end-to-end activation workflows.
