Job summary

MedRisk LLC seeks a Product Manager Level I to own data product strategy and delivery built on Snowflake and delivered through Power BI. You will partner with data engineering and analytics teams to define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure trusted insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities include shaping the data product roadmap, expanding datasets and dashboards, and coordinating UAT for new reports, while balancing governance, data quality, and platform capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of product management or data/analytics experience.
• Hands-on Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse.
• Hands-on Power BI reports, dashboards, or semantic models.
• Strong SQL skills for data exploration and validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for data products and analytics platforms.
• Identify opportunities to deliver new datasets, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value, data quality, and stakeholder needs.
• Partner with data engineers and architecture teams to align with Snowflake capacity and capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into data product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the roadmap and prioritization of Power BI dashboards and self-service analytics tools.
• Coordinate UAT and rollout of new reports and dashboards.
