The Role

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager, Data & AI to own our core portfolio of horizontal data platforms, products, and capabilities.

Sitting at the intersection of Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Go-To-Market (GTM), you will own the product strategy across our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and enterprise data platform. You will transform fragmented data needs and sources into coherent platforms that provide a single source of truth, enable trusted data products and workflows, and lay the foundation for data-driven customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the Customer Data Platform (CDP), with the goal of ensuring a consistent, unified customer profile that enables activation, segmentation, and experimentation across Product, Marketing, CX, and GTM.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to define the roadmap for Snowflake and the broader enterprise data platform, establishing it as the foundation for reporting, analytics, the CDP, and downstream data products.
  • Translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities, clearly articulating priorities and dependencies while ensuring smooth cross-functional alignment and execution.
  • Operationalize metric governance and productize the definitive source of truth for company metrics in partnership with Analytics leaders, establishing certification processes and criteria to achieve "Data-CoE Certified" status.
  • Onboard users to the core data and customer platforms, enabling the configuration of end-to-end activation workflows that directly impact user acquisition, Customer Success (CS), and core operational processes.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Product Management or closely related experience, with a track record of delivering data, analytics, platform, or infrastructure products.
  • Strong systems thinking with a natural tendency to connect the dots, anticipate second-order effects, and evaluate systemic impacts without explicit prompting. Demonstrated capability in integrated reasoning and strategic thinking.
  • Strong understanding of modern data systems, including CDPs, event instrumentation, experimentation engines, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and governance.
  • Experience working with modern data tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Segment, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or comparable technologies.
  • Hands-on experience scaling experimentation and activation in a B2C or PLG environment, operating within a modern growth/MarTech stack.
  • Ability to evaluate technical architecture and tradeoffs, and translate them clearly for business, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Ability to influence through collaboration, build trust across functions, and drive decisions in complex, cross-functional environments without direct authority.
  • Strong product judgment from foundational infrastructure to user adoption, connecting technical delivery to measurable business impact.
  • Experience operating in environments where privacy, security, and data compliance are required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data modeling.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales cycles, including familiarity with modern GTM tools.
  • Direct experience operating in healthcare, HIPAA-regulated environments.
Benefits

We offer a competitive benefits program including:

  • Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO), wellbeing days, paid holidays, and summer Fridays
  • Mental health resources
  • Paid parental leave & Backup Care
