Job summary

Principal, Product Manager

Location: Hybrid-Remote

Job Description

The Principal, Product Manager is responsible for defining and communicating the strategic path of both current and future products, engaging in day‑to‑day decisions regarding product development and releases, and driving profitability of existing products.

Job Responsibilities
  • Align product strategy with the 3‑year playbook and shift from standalone products to modular solutions that can be cross‑applied.
  • Improve solution prioritization, enhance feature requests, and increase delivery efficiency through release cycles.
  • Drive new feature development, ensuring compliance and business objectives.
  • Maintain product roadmaps with clear prioritization and intake of features/issues.
  • Work with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Engage in customer‑facing activities such as conferences, tradeshows and client visits; assist marketing with industry content.
  • Conduct market research—quantitative and qualitative—to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements.
  • Manage ROI and financial analysis for products, balancing return on investment with customer needs.
  • Promote and maintain a positive company image, participate in client meetings, reduce attrition risk based on VOC feedback.
  • Provide input into product line goals, prioritize work and guide cross‑functional teams.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7‑10+ years of proven experience in high‑tech product management, marketing, or business management, including forecasting, budgeting, strategy, market research, pricing analysis, and product development.
  • Experience in data operations and/or residential real estate industry highly desired.
  • Experience in product management and analytics highly desired.
  • Experience managing large‑scale, data‑driven applications.
  • Experience taking products from inception to launch.
  • Experience framing and negotiating deal terms including permissible use, pricing, and restrictions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Analytical skills with understanding of statistical models and their application in product solutions.
  • Extensive user interface design experience.
  • Ability to assess product opportunities through market research and client feedback, developing market sizing, pricing, costing, and ROI analysis.
  • Experience with project development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Extreme Programming) preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Annual Pay Range

128,700 – 150,000 USD
