About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the transformation of how we deliver analytics to internal and external customers through AI. This collaborative, forward‑thinking leader will guide product discovery, strategy, and execution, translating emerging technologies and customer insights into practical, actionable solutions that improve decision‑making and outcomes across our Healthcare Education portfolio.

Responsibilities

Define the vision and roadmap for AI‑enabled analytics across nursing and medical education products. Identify opportunities to use AI to simplify analytics, surface insights, improve decision support, and enable more personalized experiences. Lead end‑to‑end product development, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and iteration. Translate customer and business needs into clear product strategies, requirements, and experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, subject matter experts, and customer‑facing teams to deliver scalable solutions. Lead cross‑functional alignment by communicating product strategy, priorities, decisions, and tradeoffs. Establish measures of success, including adoption, usability, customer impact, and business outcomes. Use customer feedback, product data, and analytics to inform prioritization and continuously improve products. Champion responsible and practical use of AI, including attention to quality, privacy, transparency, and trust. Maintain a prioritized, outcome‑driven backlog and support agile planning and delivery.

Have 5+ years of experience in product management, technology products, data products, analytics, or a related field. Demonstrate strong product leadership and the ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams. Have experience delivering AI‑, analytics‑, data‑, or insight‑driven products. Possess a practical understanding of AI, analytics, experimentation, and data products. Demonstrate the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear product strategies and meaningful customer value. Have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills. Demonstrate strong product and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment. Experience in healthcare, education, healthcare education, or enterprise software is preferred.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $118,300 - $219,800.

Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $124,200 - $230,800.

If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $124,200 - $230,800.

If performed in New York, the base pay range is $130,200 - $241,800.

If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $142,000 - $263,800.

If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $118,300 - $219,800.

If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $149,765 - $239,235.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
