Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Cloud Delivered Security Services (CDSS) to lead Advanced URL Filtering and Web Protection offerings. You will define subscription packaging, pricing, and feature tiers, and drive go-to-market execution leveraging inline ML and threat detection.

You will influence the product lifecycle with data-driven market metrics, build robust business cases, and partner with engineering, product marketing, and sales to deliver differentiated web

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, development, or enterprise services.
• Deep understanding of SWG, URL Filtering, DNS Security, DLP and advanced threat prevention.
• Proven track record launching subscription-based SaaS products or services.
• Knowledge of cloud-delivered security architectures and zero-trust principles.
• Experience applying AI/ML to cybersecurity and threat detection.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creation of new Advanced URL and Web Protection subscription offerings.
• Define packaging, pricing models, and feature tiers to maximize customer value and grow ARR.
• Perform data-driven analysis of deployments and evolving web security use cases.
• Define a clear product strategy aligned with market needs and tech advancements in web security.
• Leverage AI/ML capabilities to justify premium, differentiated web protection tiers.
• Foster collaboration with engineering, product marketing, and sales to drive adoption.
• Develop robust business cases for new subscriptions and present to executives.
• Engage with customers through executive briefings and requirements gathering.
