Job summary

Amazon Games in Seattle is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to define and lead AI productivity and workflow transformation strategy. You will own a portfolio of high-impact opportunities across multiple functions, turning ambiguous needs into clear product and technical requirements and driving adoption at scale.

You will prototype with AI, partner with engineering, and create reusable patterns that improve velocity, quality, and outcomes for teams using Luna platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, customer research, and goals for AI-enabled productivity and workflow transformation across Luna.
• Identify and prioritize high-friction workflows with clear baselines and business impact.
• Redesign end-to-end workflows and translate opportunities into scalable requirements.
• Prototype with AI tools and move solutions into production.
• Create reusable patterns and leverage shared capabilities across Amazon and partners.
• Measure adoption and impact across cycle time, cost, quality, capacity, and experience.
• Drive organizational change and align stakeholders on priorities and ownership.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical opportunities and advise leadership on investments and risks.
