Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. seeks a Senior/Principal Product Manager for Partner and Ecosystem to lead Salesforce PRM and the next-generation partner experience. You will shape onboarding, enablement, deal registration, MDF, incentives, and renewals across a global enterprise, leveraging AI and analytics.

You will partner with Channel Sales, Programs, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable CRM/PRM solutions and drive measurable business impact in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including at least 5 years in partner or channel ecosystems within enterprise or SaaS platforms.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce PRM, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud, with success delivering partner onboarding, deal registration, incentive, and MDF management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of partner business models, including reseller, distributor, and alliance structures, and how they translate into scalable CRM and PRM solutions.
• Demonstrated success defining and executing data-driven tiering and incentive frameworks integrated with CRM, CPQ, financial, and learning systems.
• Strong background in Agile product development, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration for complex global programs.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale PRM or channel transformations that enhance partner experience, engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across business and technology teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Product Leadership: Own the end-to-end Salesforce PRM and Experience Cloud roadmap.
• Partner Channel Expertise: Optimize key channel processes and enable automation for reseller-distributor collaboration.
• Data-Driven Tiering and Incentives: Design automated tiering and incentive models with data from multiple systems.
• AI Integration: Integrate AI within Salesforce PRM for deal scoring and enablement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure scalability and compliance.
• Execution: Lead Agile product execution with clear roadmap progress and KPI reporting.
• Integration Quality: Ensure seamless interoperability between PRM, CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Stakeholder Management: Advocate for partner needs and communicate updates to leadership.
