Expedia Group seeks a Principal Product Manager for Communications & Intelligence to lead strategy and execution for personalized, measurable customer communications across channels. You’ll bridge CRM, marketing tech, and AI, shaping how data informs journey orchestration and targeting, while partnering with data science, engineering, analytics, and legal teams.

In this IC role, you’ll define the product roadmap, drive experiments, and own how we measure success and ensure responsible AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of product management experience or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Experience in CRM, customer engagement, marketing tech, or messaging products.
• Strong data, personalization, experimentation, attribution, privacy/consent knowledge.
• Technical fluency across APIs, data models, ML/AI concepts, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for communications intelligence.
• Turn data signals into inputs for journey orchestration and targeting.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering on personalization models.
• Own measurement framework for communication effectiveness.
• Drive responsible AI/ML use balancing automation and trust.
• Escalate cross-team tradeoffs on data quality and consent.
• Align stakeholders on priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor other PMs on data-informed product craft.
