Job summary

Tract Capital is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Advanced Mechanical Products to partner with Product Engineering and own the strategy for advanced mechanical infrastructure for data center systems. You will lead roadmaps, guide development from concept to production, and ensure cost, quality, and deployment objectives are met.

You will manage OEMs and suppliers, drive cross-functional execution, and align stakeholders across Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Finance to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of product management, product development, or technical leadership experience.
• 5+ years supporting data center infrastructure or complex mechanical systems.
• Proven experience delivering mechanical products from concept through production.
• Experience with HVAC, cooling systems, thermal management, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, CFD, or similar engineering tools.
• Strong manufacturing, NPI, quality systems, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps for advanced mechanical infrastructure products.
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into prioritized product plans.
• Balance performance, cost, manufacturability, reliability, scalability, and deployment requirements.
