Job summary

Tract Capital is seeking a Technical Program Manager for New Product Development to drive hardware product programs from concept to production in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations to ensure timely delivery and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience in hardware or infrastructure.
• Experience leading complex hardware or mission-critical product development programs.
• Strong understanding of NPD, NPI, validation, change control, and production ramp.
• Experience managing integrated schedules, risk registers, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of new product development programs from concept through production.
• Develop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, critical paths, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional program reviews, status reporting, action tracking, and executive updates.
• Coordinate readiness across engineering releases, sourcing, tooling, testing, documentation, and manufacturing.
• Identify risks and mitigate to keep launches on time and within budget.
